All our Rhodium, 18K Gold, and Rose Gold plated silver jewellery come with a Lifetime Plating Warranty, ensuring long-lasting shine and confidence with every wear.

 How to Claim Your Warranty

To initiate a plating warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

1. Click a Clear Photo

Capture a clear image of the tarnished product.

2. Email Your Claim

Send the following details to: care@swareva.in

Include:
* Your order number
* Photo evidence
* A brief description of the issue

3. Self-Ship the Product

Share courier details along with the AWB number once dispatched.

4. Inspection & Store Credit

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue store credit (coupon code) based on the credit terms below.
This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 Credit Terms (Based on Invoice Value)

0–4 months: 50% store credit

4–8 months: 20% store credit

After 8 months: 15% store credit

Warranty Exclusions

The Lifetime Plating Warranty does not cover:

Damage or breakage caused by regular wear & tear

Alterations or resizing done by any third party

Damage to zircon, crystals, or pearls due to mishandling

Loss of stones or crystals from the jewellery
